Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@7vn.com.au .They will guide you through the process and provide a return authorisation number. Do not send your item back without this authorisation.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition. This includes all packaging, tags, and any accessories or freebies included. Items that are damaged or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. This includes items not in their original condition, items damaged for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@7vn.com.au

3. Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@7vn.com.au where you will receive all return details in order to process. 
  • Exchange Process: To ensure you receive your replacement promptly, we recommend sending your original item back as soon as possible. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Personalised Products: Custom or personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Gifts

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Gift Refunds: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
